how do i make a turkey?

my dd was with her dad for thanksgiving soo we are doing out own sunday.how do i make a good juicey turkey???

Brine it. Season it under the skin.... look up Alton Brown's recipe/directions :)

Look at the package to tell you  how long to cook it. I like to rub mine in vegetable or olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Then I put foil loosely over the top, cook it for like 2 hours, then take the foil off and keep cooking for the last 2-3 hours.

Get it in a brine ASAP , look up Alton brown or pretty much any food network brine recipe and it will have directions on there for after the brine.

Wet turkey fabric and a good sturdy needle lol Dh always deep fries his. The night before he injects the bird with seasonings and lets it marinate over night. It only takes 3 mins per lb of bird so it cooks fast.
