I think my lungs hurt

Is that possible?
It's weird to explain, it hurts in my upper back but from the inside, then it starts moving around to my ribs until it hurts all the way around but only upper back and front, not lower.
I swear it feels like my lungs hurt...
It started last night and got bad to the point were I was almost in tears.
This morning when I woke up it was gone.
Then earlier tonight it started again and now it's extremely bad again.
If its no better by tomorrow night, or comes back again, I think I'm going to have to go to the hospital.
Has anyone had that before?

Have you been coughing a lot? Been sick? What did you have to eat last night?

That happens to me all the time. It's my asthma though so if I take two hits from my inhaler then lay on my stomach with my elbows propping me up and breath as deep as I can it usually goes away in 10-20 minutes. Don't move a whole lot after it stops hurting.

A couch here and there, really not worth mentioning, I did have a sore throat yesterday morning but even that went away in no time.
Yesterday was thanksgiving so I had a little of everything lol, that was before it started hurting though.

 Seems more gallbladder-ish related.

Ok, call me stupid, but the gallbladder hurts all the way up by your ribs and upper back?

Yep it can, it's called referred pain.

Forgot to mention that I turned around in the passenger seat to give little man his binky and that's when it started.
It doesn't feel like a pinched nerve or anything though.

It's not uncommon to develop it later in life. It could just be the weather / season change or your about to come down with a nasty case of bronchitis
