This is nasty. Anyone do this?

I was at the mall a few days ago. I was at a nice department store, waiting to pay in the lingerie section. A woman came out of the dressing room mad because the clerk was ringing me up. She told her that she was in a hurry and needed to try on the underwear she wanted to buy. WHAT? She was trying them on and putting the ones back that she didn't want. Anyone do this or do you agree that this is nasty? Reason #1 I wash undies before wearing them.

Whew! Glad I'm not alone in thinking yuck! The clerk did not stop her!

Never heard of anyone doing that. I agree it's nasty and yes I wash before wearing anything.

Nope. I buy them and wash them before I put them on.

You should have told her you just tried on that same exact pair ten minutes ago and to watch out for the waste band. It'll get her thinking I am sure...

Any reputable store won't allow you to try on panties.  They just won't.

There are signs in dressing rooms that say not to try on underwear or bathing suits
