Does this look ok? I made the skirt high waisted bc I look chunky if I don't. Nobody is home and I need advice before I go out in public! Lol

Its cute but is that prints on the skirt or its the dirty mirror? if its prints I dont think that shirt matches the with the skirt. Hey I could be wrong lol
