When is your LO no longer a baby?

I've seen posts where people have argued "oh he's just a baby" when talking about a 4 year old. But then again I've seen people say "That's not a baby that's a toddler" referring to a 1 year old.

I know as moms our babies will always be our babies...

But what do you consider no longer a baby.

Over a year, they are no longer considered a "baby".

Technically I would say by 2. Only because it kind of bothers me when people tell you their kid's age and they say something like "He's 28 months." I always think "no, he's two. He's not an infant."

This. But i usually say baby until ab out 1.5

It's a baby till it walks and talks. It's a toddler until it's potty trained, and it's a preschooler until kdg. Barring any serious developmental delays.

My 14! Month old is a toddler, but he is my baby still and always will be.  Heck, my 35 year old nusband is still called "my baby" by MIL....

My DD is 1 and to me she is stilla baby when shes 2 she'll be a toddler in my eys lol I'm not sure if thats how it really is, but thats how it is in my eyes hahah

So a potty trained 2yr old is a pre-schooler??? I'm curious, not being wise.
