I was wondering what type of exercises I can do while pregnant. I know walking is one of them but I'm kinda lost with everything else. Can I use small weights like three lbs. ?

Thanks in advance everyone(;

You should Google it but I think you should only do exercises with your own body weight.

swimming is always good. but most of my pregnancy was during the summer months so I was in the pool everyday. not really sure what else you can do. if you go to walmart or target I pretty sure they have some pregnancy work out dvds tho. not sure but I think I have seen them there before.

You can use small weights, stair stepper...squats ...most anything you did before pregnant ....they tend to tell you not to try to much new cuz it will put your body in shock...running is questionable some docs say yes some no....yoga is good

The best exercise you can do is kegel exercises.  It won't keep the weight off, but it'll keep the pee in :D

Oh. That makes sense. I'll google it. I just want to stay in shape since I gained 88 lbs with my son(due to steriods)
