my 3 year old son came to me and told me that his cousin, who is 8 licked him. he went into great detail including saying that no one else is allowed in the room when she does it. i told my dh (his sister is the mother of this little girl) and he blew it off saying that its not true. tonight i told him i was calling someone to get him and her help because chances are if she is doing that to him someone did it to her and he threatened me saying that if i do so he is going to call cyf and say i hit our son. we just got him back in february after a 3 year battle with cyf because my step dad broke my sons' knees when he was a few months old. what do i do? i dont hit my son? ive spanked him twice, once for for opening the door when someone knocked when i was in the kitchen and once for shaking the carseat when my infant daughter was in it. what do i do? can cyf take my children off of them for spanking my son twice? im so lost and confused!!! PLEASE HELP ME. also i live in pa

No. Call the police right away and file a report. Tell them everything, even that your sons father is threatening to make false accusations. You have to help those children!

I would report it right away!! Protect your child!! I even think its wrong ur dh would threaten to report u! He vowed to spend the rest of his life with you, not his sister. I understand protecting a sibling, but u have to draw the line, for your son!!!!

I sorta believe it cuz my 3 year old goes into detail about some things, we just have to prompt him with questions. He can tell me an event that happened at preschool and who was involved, and and what happened, then I will ask his teacher and she verifies he told me how it was.

your step dad broke your son's knees when he was a few months old?  What?!  I would have killed him!!!  As for this 8 year old girl, she sounds like she is being abused in a sexual way and that is why she is acting out on it with your son.  that is soooo terrible for both children.  i feel so sorry for them..... smh, what has this world come to?  it is sooooo awfully sad!!!

sorry i should not of used the words great detail that was a bit over exadurated. his form of great detail is saying what room they were in and that no one was allowed in the room. what worries me is if i call and report it and dh calls and says i hit my kids im afraid that the 2 times i did hit them would give cyf enough of a reason to take them. will they take my son for spanking him twice and may i say both times was because he could of hurt himself or someone else and i spanked him very lightly.

report it right away. I was molested by my brother. My sister spoke up for me to my mother. Who in returned threatened to get rid of me if I didn't say it never happen. forward 30 years and he was arrested on child porn charges.
