Sadly, I haven't got the moulah for anything big this year.  Our budget is around $300 and that includes our extended family's gifts as well.

my son whos  5 got all the sylander giants i could find and will get the new ones out next week and he got a pottery barn  bedding set and sheets , my daughter got a 5 foot high wooden doll house , shes 3.. she also got  a pottery barn bedding set. Thats there 2 big gifts from us, the rest  is all video games  and dvd's from santa and clothes from family.

My 5 and 8 yr old got tablets as their big gift.

3ds Xl are out big ticket. My dads getting my daughter a play kitchen and we are getting her a doll house. My sons getting image next stuff.

I find posts like this to be attention whoring. I make good money.... I don't need to title a post about buying my 12 year old an iPad. Which I think is a ridiculous waste if money.

My oldest is getting the ps vita and my youngest is getting a Nintendo dsi XL. That's all they are getting from us though because they were pricey.

My oldest and middle (14&12) don't want any big ticket items this year, so they are getting a bunch of smaller stuff. My youngest (11) is getting either a kindle fire or a nexus 7, I haven't decided which one yet, and a few other small things.
