Breastfeeding pictures get deleted on Facebook but this doesn't ?! *pic inside*

Saw this on Facebook (unedited) with over 1000 likes yet its still there. I do not get how breastfeeding pictures show nothing yet still get deleted:

Because people report the breast feeding pics and just "like" ones like this.
Facebook isn't the problem, the people reporting the pictures are.

Didn't you know?  Breasts are only acceptable if they are shown for sexual gratification? To show them nourishing a baby is just wrong!
