Nothing really helps me, but these might help you....  Cetaphil soap, Aveeno lotion

I found that my ecxama was cause by aloe vera.  Was in my shampoo, lotions, face wash and body wash.  Once I threw all that out my ecxama went away.  Seems it was actually an allergy.

Thank you, I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction to something or if it's actually eczema but a few days ago i noticed on the top of my hand near my knuckles it real dry-feeling and itchy. and it usually only does it to me at night and my fingers swell so bad I have to take my rings off. The itching drives me crazy too. This has been going on for probably about a year now, I've mentioned it to my dr but she didn't say anything about it and I guess it's safe to say she ignored me about it...I've told her twice.

Not entirely sure, mine's on the top of my hand near my knuckles and my palms and fingers but the dry skin is mostly the top of my hands but itchy on my fingers, top of hands and palms..
