Everyday that I leave the house. which is most days. but if i stay home, i dont even get out of pjs, much less makeup.

Only foundation to cover the scars on my face. Shadow and mascara comes on only if I'm going somewhere important.

Yes, I wear light make up every day. Like a tinted moisturizer, mascara, and blush.

Everyday, no. I do try to wear it as often as possible. Especially if I have somewhere important to go. I want to look decent KWIM. I can't all the time though. It's not possible lol. Not with a four year old and a five month old lol. I would rather make my hair look decent then my face. I'm naturally beautiful anyways ;) lol.
