i would say i am addicted in the sense that i need it to survive. i would not say that it is an unhealthy addiction. i eat pretty healthy and i control my portions pretty well.

Yes, I have a love hate relationship with food. I don't like feeling the way I do but I can not help myself.

Do drink count? If so, yes. I'm definitely addicted to coffee and Diet Coke.

I think about food all of the time, and I have since I was a kid. My dad is the same way. The stupid billboards for fast food and the commercials, and then the smells...they make it sooooo hard. It's like a bottle of whiskey in front of an alcoholic trying to become sober. Thing is, you can't just quit food. You have to learn to eat to live instead of eating for pleasure. For me, my head tells me to eat even when my stomach says it's satisfied.

It would be hard to get addicted to something I don't get often enough to be addicted to. lol or, maybe I am and I'm having withdraw symptoms.
