Only the professional we are hiring will taking photos of my wedding. Please tell me how do I politely add to wedding invitations "no cameras allowed" without being rude?

**** Alot of the people in mine and my future hubby's are picture crazy- it's way too long to go there. My fiancé and I both feel it is rude and disruptive to constantly take photos of an important event rather than enjoy it. Furthermore we want to have a good time ...not pose for tons of photos !!! When we will already have a professional we are paying ..to DO THAT!

Say it just like that. "No cameras allowed. Thank you". The end :-)

What about phones? Most have a camera.

Why can't anyone take their own photos? That seems kinda strange.

I would respect that...but I bet people won't. What about phones and Ipads...etc.

Are you a celebrity? Methinks you're a celebrity with the "no cameras" deal... ;) Spill it.

What if someone in your family or his (parents, grandparents) want pictures of this special day?
Is there a reason you don't want them to take pictures?
