1/2 C Italian bread crumbs
1/4 C Heinz 57 sauce

I mix a package of Lipton French Onion soup mix in with the meat...add egg and crushed crackers and some Chili Sauce instead of ketchup...then top with Chili sauce and cheese.

I add a diced bell pepper, diced red onion, an egg and about 5 saltine crackers. I top it with half a cup of ketchup and half of a cup of syrup mixed together. Delicious :)

This but I top with tomato soup instead. If I get lazy, instead of cutting it all myself I grab a jar of salsa

I made a Mexican meat loaf not to long ago. Just mix in taco seasoning with the meat, egg and crushed crackers and some salsa. Top with Salsa and cheese. You can add onions or what ever you want to the meat mixture.
