How much does your 4 year old weigh?

My DS is over 40" I'd say 41-42. He weighs 45lbs but has always been solid, not fat. Broad shoulders and all. The preschool sent home a letter saying he is in the obese range. Wtf? His doctor said he is average in both weight and height! He doesn't eat a ton of junk or anything really for that matter. I'm a little upset about it.

I can't judge my kids by others.  My kids have a genetic condition that causes them to be tiny.  My 6 year old is 33 lbs and just over 40 inches.  My 12 year old is 47 and 3/4 inches and 45 lbs. And my 9 year old is a bit smaller than my 12 year old. All kids grow different. Go by what your doctor says. I once had a lady try to tell me on some screening or other my kids were borderlilne obese..........LOL. I told the doctor and he literally laughed.  My kids have Noonan's syndrome. However they do not have learning disabilities or heart and kidney problems. They are just tiny.

ETA: I have had people accuse me of not feeding them.  Uhm, yes I feed them, just not all kids come in the same size, mine come in fun size. LOL

43" tall and 55#. He is very solid. Not fat by any means.

She turned for 4 on 9/02. She is 41 inches tall and 35 pounds.

My DD is 4 yrs, 2.5 months and weighs 40.0 lbs as of Sunday. She's about 43 inches tall.

My DD will be five next month. She's about 44 inches tall and 44 pounds. She's always been on the high end for height/weight (since she was about 5 months old).
