help me not call/text my ex.

on monday night, he said he'd text me the following day- tuesday. he never did. no contact today either.

i really, REALLY want to contact him. but i figure, if he wants to talk to me, then he'd contact me right?

ugh. nights are the worst; cant sleep and my thoughts just keep piling up. =(

Find something to do to keep your mind busy. Read a book, watch a movie, play a game on your phone or computer. Is there someone else you could call and talk to? Maybe a friend you haven't talked to in a while, you could catch up?
