My ex (oldest sons dad) called my mom and said my youngest son is -I shit you not- a niglet. He then called SO a n***er. He then called me and said all these things to me. he also threatened to come over and have some of his girl friends jump me.

do I really have to allow visitation to this asshole?

For the record he is 30 and I am 23.my one year old is black and white. ex is Mexican.

Freedom of speech and beliefs I don't think you can stop visitation over that

do you have an order for visitation?  if not then you don't have to.  just because he was the sperm donor doesn't mean he has rights especially if he is very disrespectful like that.

Even if he has threatened me? And he has been arrested for domestic violence against me in the past ?

No matter how wrong he was to say that, the courts won't find it reason to take visitation away. Good luck momma.

Has he recently threatened you? If so get a protection order and that might help. Call someone and ask
