Every Christmas, we see the "I don't know what we're going to do for Christmas". No big deal, shit happens. We all do what we must and I can certainly empathize. But why, of all that is holy, do some of you take your plight just a little too far and start whining and bitching at those who make more than you and shower their kids with gifts AND they post about it? Really, many of us work our asses off to ensure we have the funds to go all out at Christmas time. I bust my ass every week, working 12 hour shifts. Last week, I worked a 17 hours out of 24 hours!(I worked 7pm to 7am, then came back at 2:30pm and worked until 7:30pm)
Don't bitch at those who CAN afford Christmas for our kids, just because you're feeling like crap because you CAN'T.
****edited - that second part was a bit harsh and worded wrong****
I GET IT. I GET being broke and wondering where the hell the money is going to come for bills, and you're sitting there feeling like shit that you can't get your kids something.
HOWEVER< I never got on and started attacking others who can afford to shower their kids with expensive gifts. Really, there's NO NEED for that sort of hostility. We're not bragging, or shit, maybe some of us are. But so what? I'm really fucking proud to be where I'm at today, as opposed to where I was at a few years ago.
