... because DD has a 101 temp. :( I have been a SAHM for 6 years and feel so guilty already for ditching work. I have never been in this situation. Prior to being SAHM DH would stay home with SS if he was sick. I hope I can be a good working mother able to juggle a successful career and happy family.

Are there any relatives you can plan with to watch your kid(s) when they are sick...at least some of the time?

I understand having to take care of family, but when you have kids it's always good (if you can) to have someone that can help out so you don't always have to miss work. Especially if they have a probation period.

I hope dd feels better asap. I also hope you still have a job. My place of employment lets go of anyone who calls off within the first 30 days. Good luck.
