I am picking up a friend and her two children tomorrow for a playdate. She has a 10 month old and a 2 yr 9 months old. Yeah I know I broke it down weird I am on mobile bfing a baby and it's midnight. The two year old is massive for her age. Height weight she is just BIG it's genetic her father is linebacker big. She is in a booster seat. is this safe? It's a backless booster.

I'd say no. If they are choosing to put her in a booster already, she should at least be in a tall back booster seat.

No! She could still probably fit in a convertible car seat! A lot of them forward face up to 65 or 70 pounds.

No! Why would you think that? My 7 year old isn't in a backless booster yet.

I would have her in the tall back booster if she's that large.  Not all kids grow at the same rate and some get too large for their seats.

Not at all. And if it were me, she wouldn't ride in my car unless she was in an appropriate seat.

My son is the sme way and he is in backless carseat. The only reason is because he don't want to set in abything else he will actaully set in that w/ a seat belt on.

Same here.  I wouldn't allow that in my vehicle.  She would have to find some other ride.
