What is the longest you have had ( or heard of) a child in a booster?

My son turns 10 in 4 months and I dont feel he is ready to be out of a booster.

Thanks, but I have plenty of common sense. Which is why my kid is in still in his booster. I fail to see the humor in doing my job, which is protecting my kid

Hopefully common sense will kick in at some point and some of these smaller (under5'3") women will either have to admit their childseat safety ideas are a bit excessive or go out and buy a matching mommy & child set.

Thank you

They have.

According to the Kentucky State Police website, these are the current laws in KY.

  • Any child under 40 inches tall must be in a child and/or infant seat.
  • Any child, who is under seven years of age and is between 40 and 50 inches tall, must be in a booster seat.
  • All children over seven years of age and over 50 inches tall must be secured in a seat belt.
