will the alcohol cook off?

we're having a Christmas brunch....I wanted to make hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps...cooked for hours In the crock pot. My friend is pregnant...almost due...Will the alcohol cook off enough for her to have some??

Not if you're using the lower setting.
I would make the hot cocoa and let people add the schnapps if they want them.

Here is a chart for how much alcohol remains after cooking.

Most of it will evaporate, but not totally all of it. How much schnapps does into it? She should be fine.
