In Canada most people would say either 13th of July or July 13th.. but when its written in the numeral form its day/month/year like 13/08/19whatever

I actually still have to get them to convert weights on my kids to pounds and oz. and we have the metric system but it only came in when I was a kid. Guess on the bright side I know both.
