medical. there is no victum other than yourself when you do drugs(not talking about how it hurts the family and shit)

both. an addiction is a medical problem, but it can also lead to criminak behavior

arguments like "by keeping it illegal you're putting money in the hand of drug dealers" or "people are going to do it whether its illegal or not" apply to both. I also get tired of hearing how natural pot is...so is opium, you do not have to refine coca leaves to use it is a drug etc. There are more but I don't feel like typing forever. Just think of any pot argument and replace pot with opium. Lol
