I'm contemplating calling off work tomorrow. My stomach is so upset right now! I feel like I could throw up at any minute :/ I work with older people and don't wanna infect anyone but at the same time I hate calling off and I'm not actually throwing up yet....

If it is only an upset stomach I would say no to calling in. If you are running a fever, actually vomitting, or otherwise ill then yes.
