Is a chicken tender the same thing as a chicken tenderloin?

(If you bought a package of raw chicken at the market)

Chicken tender are just a part of the chicken breast.  I think that they are the same thing.  Are the tenderloins strips?

edit:  They are different.  The chicken tenderloin is a specific part of the chicken breast along the breast bone.  Chicken tenders are any strip of chicken breast.

It's kind of in strips, just thinner than usual
