You dont need meat to get protein.
This isn't a TURN VEGAN post ;]
Just sharing for those who want to cut down on calories but still get an amazing amount of protein. This is just one food group, there are many more out there such as veggies, fruits, nuts, grains, and legumes
SO some ladies on here wanted some sites. The first one is my favorite, remember to watch out for GMOS (genetically modified foods) SOY is a major one on the list along with potatos.
