What do you eat that makes LO gassy & spit up?

Last few days, DD has been very gassy and spitting up a lot.

Dairy even Ice cream, and broccoli.

The only time I noticed anything was when I had broccoli and cheese soup. His gas was horrid and smelled like rotten broccoli!

Too much dairy can sometimes cause my little man to be gassy.

Potatoes chips. My nephew had the hastiest tarts for a new born it was the flaming hits my Sis kept eating.

I think it could be different for all. Never had that problem with DS.

Nothing, my son is 17 months and bf . My food consumption doesnt effect him alot. He nurses about 5x a day.
