Anything that gets you moving counts! It might not be enough for a full weight loss plan, but it certainly will help things along!

Haha well I'm trying to do as much as possible at home since DH usually works late and I don't have a car or a babysitter so I usually don't get to the gym but maybe once or twice a week.

Yes it is aerobic exercise. Keep your heart rate up for at least 30mins and you'll have a great workout.

Anything can count as exercise as long as you get your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 20-30 minutes.
