Can someone help me with my baking chicken disasters!! Everytime I bake chicken it comes out soggy and not crunchy! I can't figure out what else to do. I have put it on a baking rack ontop of a pan and everything. It still comes out soggy!!!

PLEASE HELP

Are you turning it half way through? I use a broiling pan.

are roasting a chicken or are you breading a chicken and baking?

We need a little more info , are you breading the chicken ? If so in what ? Are you pan frying then finishing in the oven ? Are you just trying to completely oven bake it ?

Are you covering the chicken with foil while baking?

IF so take the foil off for the last 15-20 minutes
