best diaper rash treatments??

my 9 mo old has been getting some diaper rash the last few days. i always use coconut oil but just wondering if anyone has any other/better treatments?? i dont do commercial brands like desitin etc..no chemicals. any good ones anybody?

air is the best thing for that.  is it a possibility to let the baby go bottomless here and there to let some air get at the rash?  you would need to make sure that the baby has just when to the bathroom to try to minimize the risk of an "accident" while diaperless.  my oldest DD used to get rashes and this would help her.

Well we take flour and brown it on the stove (wait for it to cool) and put that on it, works GREAT. My great grandmother taught that to my grandmother and everyone just keeps passing it down. i made a bunch of it and just keep it in a tupperware.
