I'm pregnant and my face is breaking out soo bad, I have these tiny bumps on my forehead and on cheeks like under the skin ones.

What can I use that works while pregnant?

If its acne the best you can do is rubbing alcohol. Otherwise nothing because everything else is too harsh for baby

I always used antibacterial soap and then put a tiny bit of lotion on my face.

Alcohol dries it out. That won't help.

Hmmmm. I just used clean and clear because I always did. No one told me not to use facial stuff.... All of my kids appear normal. Though they may or may not be :) jk they are just brat tactic lately. Cooped up since winter.
