homemade christmas gifts.. here is one we just did today

This is what my son barak (age 4) and I made for my son zeke (age 8).  Barak drew zekes name for the gift exchange we set up for my kids and my neices.  its made out of pvc pipes, dowels , duck tape, electrical tape, foam padding, and a shoe string. 

 


I may make one for me.. because I just spent about an hour playing with this one.

I'm sorry but how is it played with? I feel dumb asking but it looks cool.

You use the bow to shoot the arrows.  My 8 yr old loves stuff like this, so it will be fun, he will most likely spend time shooting at a target.  Its good to help build upper body strength and hand eye coordination.    


I was shooting the arrows at the sofa letting our kitten chase after them.. its pretty fun.
