How many of you consume it regularly ?
Why do you take it?
Has it honestly helped ? Like positively can't live with out it ?
Where do you buy it ? And how much ?

I don't really consume it often but I use it as moisture for my skin and hair, as sun screen and sometimes on cuts and scrapes etc

I'm thinking about using it to moisturizer too but my main interest is eating it and regularly. Suppose to be great for pregnant and nursing mom, weight loss, digestion, colds, depression, anxiety.... Oh my god the list is very long. I'm wondering if its a fad or really helps.

It really does help. I add it to most of the things I cook. I also use it in my conditioner and as a moisturizer.
I buy mine from online.

It tastes yummy, has turned around the babies skin problems, soft hair.
I buy it at Costco for 21$ a huge container.

A web site I was reading highly suggested this company as having a great product. Seems pricey and shipping isn't pretty either. Maybe I'm being fugal but if quality counts and this is it, I'll splurge.

Bought the costco $21 container last week.
Finally got around to making popcorn with it tonight.
Holy Hannah- it's the popcorn of my childhood.
Never using anything else again.
