Are any other moms not going to have a tree this year?

We aren't... We can't afford it so we're going to buy one for next year with SO's tax returns.

Artificial trees are super cheap the day after Christmas.

We may or may not. We just had a baby, so we'll see if it happens. Our kids are pretty young, so they're not really going to care. I told dh only if he wants to, no pressure.

search Pinterest. here are a lot of cool "tree" ideas that use stuff you probably already have in the house.

We're not too worried. Our DS is only 5 months old so he wont know the difference.

No, we can't. Its $20 that can be used for something else when we're broke.
