Can severe anxiety/stress that has lasted months cause your immune system to become suppressed?? Can it also cause physical manifestations? I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD and Health anxiety.

Yes to all! Find a way to get your anxiety under control. Make an appt with your doc.

On a side note, try acupuncture for your anxiety. It worked wonders for me after my assault and while going through my divorce. Absolutely amazing results!

Yes. The human brain is a very powerful. If we are depressed, it can cause us to be physical sick. You should speak to a psychiatrist and a doctor regarding this.
