I refuse to be afraid.

Right now I am focusing on the sorrow I feel for the families of the victims and loving my own children (as well as the other kids in the community).

The first night I did, but I came to the realization that I refuse to be afraid. I need my children to see me not be afraid so they will feel safe themselves. Adam Lanza tried to terrorize us all, but NO he can not have it. He will not win, at least not in my home.

I have always been a person that believed in peace, but I do today more than ever. Starting with not letting terrorists win and focusing on supporting each other. I hope that everyone else can do the same.

It's fear-mongering at its best. It shouldn't be plastered all over the television.
