suggestions for sweet treats

I am wanting to take something for my coworkers for a treat before Christmas. I have no idea what to take. I am not afraid of something a little more complicated. I would like to do something that people can grab and go so we don't have do take a bunch of time cutting and serving a cake, or something like that.

Suggestions?

Cake pops?  Cookies?  Cupcakes?

Spinach brownies:
2-10 oz. packages of thawed chopped spinach, sqeezed of excess water
1C milk
1C flour
8 oz. shredded cheddar
1/3 C. chopped onions
1 egg
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1/2 t. baking powder
A few pinches of salt

Mix all of this stuff together and bake in a buttered 9x13 for 45ish minutes. Cut into squares when cooled.

Can be served room temp or heated in the microwave. One of my favorites!
