Am I crazy?

Does it make me crazy that I not only breastfeed my dd because its good for her but I feel comforted by it to?
I like knowing I'm the only one who can feed her and that she needs me because I am the person who gives her nutrition?
I told my husband I feel this way and he said I'm crazy!

That is exactly the main reason I wouldn't do it with my kids. I thought it felt wrong.

1 mom liked this
She didn't say it felt wrong. She said she liked being her daughters sole provider of food...

You said you didn't bf for the same reason she didn't. Then you said it felt wrong. If it's the same reason, then she would have had to say the same thing...

I breastfeed because its free. I don't enjoy it one bit. I actually hate it but it doesnt matter what I want or like. It matters what's best for my daughter. So..yea...I'll call you crazy. Lol

I do pump and stash so my husband can feed her a bottle when I want a break. She usually gets a bottle every other day. She's teething so she's clingy and fussy. I will add..my husband is the only one to ever give bottles. I breastfeed.
