Our 3 y/o is in daycare through out the week because we feel he needs the interaction with kids his age (we don't have many families in our neighborhood with kids) our 3 month old is with me while my hubby is in class and then I go to work once be gets home.

I take them to daycare in the morning, then the daycare van takes them to school and picks them up in the afternoon. I pick them up from daycare in the evening.

My husband. We work opposite days (three twelve hour shifts a piece) so one of us is always at home with them.
