I didn't exercise because I couldn't. I didn't go back to work either. Yet when I got home from the hospital it was pretty much the same. I just didn't lift anything over 10lbs for a week.

I started walking with the stroller at about five weeks. That was it until I was about 12 weeks, then I started going to the gym.

Month and a half. Dd is almost two months and I've been goin to the gym for about two weeks now. I do everything. And if you have discomfort stop

 walking immediately after. Like 4 hours after. yoga 8 weeks after and weights 10 weeks

Wasn't allowed to move for 6 days. Wasn't allowed to lift anything over 10 pounds for 2 weeks. Wasn't allowed to start working until 6 weeks. But couldn't work until about 8 weeks. I was too sore.

Well, my girls will be five next month, so five years;)
Nah, probably 2 weeks I was walking around the neighborhood and by six weights light weights.
