How do you make your meatloaf and what do you put on top?

Ground beef or turkey
1-2 eggs
Ketchup
Saltine crackers or bread crumbs
Onion

Then use the dump and stir method and bake for 45 mins at 350.

After about 40 mins I add the "special sauce" ontop to finish cooking.

Sauce is just mustard mixed with brown sugar.

Since I can't ever get DD to eat her veggies next time ill chop up some carrots, red and green peppers and add that to it also.

Muffin pans sound like a good idea. Nice sizes.

I do the same but I use ground beef, ketchup, mustard, and stuffing mix. And put ketchup on top. I make them in muffin pans and bake for 30 minutes at 350.

I used ground beef, a couple eggs, saltine crackers, onions, sometimes mushrooms, and tomato sauce on top. I don't add that until it's almost baking though.
Sometimes I like to bake it in a bell pepper.

I hate ketchup in top but I mix it inside. The mustard and brown sugar stuff is awesome! My gma hates mustard but she loves this. Lol

I don't have a go to recipe yet but I have been making it with bacon on top and I love a sauce of sweetened ketchup ... I have used oatmeal and almond meal. We have a wheat/gluten allergy so I mess around with it.

Last time it was ground beef crumble because it all fell apart. I think it was too wet?

That was probably why. My exs gma never added enough crackers/ bread crumbs to hers and it always feel apart.
