My 3 year will do that if I accidentally leave my Oreos out when I leave or go potty or whatever. The minute I am out of sight he is into them. I get the plain Oreos for myself and the kids get flavored ones and he is always stealing mine :(

O and we came inside one day (me and MIL, Hubby was laid up on couch after an injury) to find my 2 year old nephew in the middle of the kitchen with a whole box of cereal poured on the floor around him. We know my hubby couldnt get up but we had to catch the horse that got out so didnt have a choice. We took pictures and then had him help clean it up :)
