I almost cried as my son broke two special plates of mine ...

He's 16 months old and he is so quick. Went to the dishwasher and threw them on the ground before I could do anything. He gets the dishwasher open himself. :(:(:(:(

He throws everything. I know it's normal but these plates were expensive from France and we could barely afford them but Dh got them for me as a present bc we had no plates! Just chipped ones from our college and single days. Lol.

A tear is shed. Lol

Sorry to hear that.....I have two boys (21 and 16) and they broke things playing ball in the house when they were told not to and did. I can count on one hand how many times but it does happen,,,,,so glad they are older...They also tried to super glue things back together so I wouldnt be mad....It gets better is all that I can say :)  But for you its just starting.....sending hugs your way.

I would be sad but I would be more worried about securing the dishwasher.  My aunt dropped a ceramic bowl once and sliced her foot open, if I recall she needed 12 stitches to close it up.

Mine broke a Christmas tree music box one year that had been passed down. It's hard when they break stuff, good thing we love em!
