when does a baby have a right over his/her body? At 25 weeks pregnant? 30? birth? At the age of 18? Why doesn't an unborn being have rights?

I believe fetuses should not have rights until birth, when they can be called a baby.

Because they can't make decisions for themselves at birth, which is why their parents get to decide what is best. Whether it be circumcision, vaccinations, surgery etc.

Even children can't make their own decisions concerning medical care.  They are deemed not capable of making their own decisions, so it is the parents' right.

Birth. The unborn doesn't have rights because they are unborn...
