*just to be clear, i am not seriously feeling like i want to leave my husband. im just at my witts end with this. i got some great ideas, thank you all so much. and thank you for putting up with my venting*

I have been with this man for 7 years now. And we have been fighting on this CONSTANTLY!! HE JUST WONT STOP!!

He eats EVERYTHING! We can NOT afford it! I buy a gallon of milk, and its gone the next day. I make a meal of spaghetti enough to feed our family of 4, and he can eat it all himself.

Tonight i made chicken thrown over mashed potatoes. tomorrow is payday and we are scrapping the bottom of the barrel on food.

he ate that. and then had my left overs (i got full) and then proceeded to have 2 sandwhiches, and a bowl of cereal. we go through bread and milk like CRAZY because he cant control himself.

He has been to the doctor, no medical reasons for this.

and he isnt overweight. he is perfectly healthy size wise.

he is just a greedy glutton!!

i dont understand why its so hard for him to knock it the fuck off.

im mostly venting.

but i do want to know. could this break up my marriage?

If he's denying you proper nutrition, yes, leave him.

I couldn't be with someone that doesn't practice self-control.

Um.....

So you want him to go hungry?  And are threatening to leave him if he doesn't?

Odd....

no thats not it. i wouldnt put up with that at all. i really do get full. im a big girl, and i have been excersizing and dieting and it has fixed my appetite to where i just dont want to eat as much as i used to. if i truly want something he gives it to me.

She says he's at a healthy weight so it may just be that he has an extremely high metabolism and actually needs those calories.
