Apparently my DH has been receiving profit sharing checks from work every quarter. He's been there about a year and has never mentioned it until today.

I take care of the finances and none of that money was saved. I better be getting one hell of a Christmas present because I have no clue where that money went and it kind of makes me mad. He never hides anything from me.

Would you be mad?

I would, but not because it was spent but because I was never told. It feels deceptive to me.

I'm trying not to be but I can't believe he could just "forget" to tell me this.

Yep , hiding money pisses me off to no end. If he's legitimately saving it for a big purchase than ok , but if he's hiding it and his family does not benefit from it then its wrong.
