So what would you pay for a rose petal cottage used? It is the full house with crib/changing table,washer/dryer,stove and sink.

I am selling my dds because it takes alot of room and she only been playing with it when she has company which isn't often.

A friend of a friend wants to buy it. What should I charge? I don't want to rip them off but I would like to get something out of it ya know.

Look pretty expensive to me. If its clean I'll say $150-200
