OK so this might be long but ll try to explain.

My dad had a son when he was 15, is Bio mom was psycho and wouldn't let my dad see him after he turned 5 (I wasn't born yet) so my dad married my mom and had my bro, me and my sister. I didn't meet 1/2 brother until I was 15 when my actual brother passed away
We found out then that he had a 9 year old daughter (my niece) well for the last 10 years he's been like in and out of our lives out for the last 4 1/2 years, he also has 2 sons.

I was just on Facebook where I'm friends with his sons Bio mom. My niece has a different mom than the boys. Anyways I realized holy shit that's my niece. I messaged her on fb and explained who I was and that I just wanted to say hello.

Is that creepy? She replied right away and were just chatting. She's 19 and I haven't seen her in 10 years!

I don't think it's creepy. It's exciting for some people to find family members. My friend hadn't seen her mother in 11 years and then one day she randomly messaged her on myspace. Tells you how long ago that was. I think if she's interested take the time to catch up.

If she blocked you then yes. If not then nope. Depends on how she took it.
