preping the hubby

The kids and I are going to my dad's house for the weekend. Hubby has to work. I find myself preping him for bachelor life for the 2 days he's gone. Why??? He's 26 years old. He should be able to feed himself and do his own laundry, right? Right??

Nice! You have him trained well.

My dh will survive, i'm pretty sure, but he'll only eat hot pockets and slim jims. So I set everything up for him. I figure if the healthy food is easy for him to grab he will.

He's good at doing laundry but for some reason I felt the need to make sure it was done for him. I'm gonna miss the man :(

We will be leaving our 20yo son home for Christmas (he has to work), and I have the same concerns!

My DH has been away from me for a weekend and even took care of our son while I was out of state for a conference. He does a great job without me. His only issue the whole time I was gone was that he missed me too much. Enjoy your family time! :)
